2007 Elevation ~ Cabernet
This Elevation Cabernet is a fantastic blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The sweet bell pepper on the nose is a classic characteristic of Cabernet Franc. The palate, however, surprises with a slight fruitiness that lingers nicely, which is contributed by the Cabernet Sauvignon. The warm vintage produces ripe fruit that softens the tannins making this a very drinkable wine now and for years to come.
