Description
Made from several vineyard sites: our own estate, a neighbouring site and a vineyard located on the shornothere of Lake Ontario. Fermented in stainless and aged in European oak (15% new). Will age three to six years from vintage.

Winemaker's Notes
The unique characterisitics of each vineyard are transported directly to the palate of the wine taster with Pinot Noir better than with any other grape. It is therefore a kind of natural GPS that gives this variety its telltale qualities, unique and telling with every vineyard site. We have blended several of our vineyard sources for this grape together, all located within a very limited area and quite near the winery site. We believe that the resulting wine is a wonderful example of what our corner of the world can do with this touchstone grape variety.
