A: Once the order is placed, canadianwineshop.com will ship the order within 7 days, plus the shipping time, delivery time could take upto 5 days. So in total time it could take upto 12 business days shipping ground canadianwineshop.com ships every WEDNESDAY of each week. Orders placed by 7pm on a SUNDAY will ensure the orders will be shipped WEDNESDAY of the same week. Any orders placed after Sunday 7pm, will be shipped the following WEDNESDAY.

Q: My Shipment was damaged when it was delivered, How do I get it replaced?
A: Most of the time if the shipment was DAMAGED during transit UPS and FED-EX will contact US and also contact the recepient that the package was damaged due to shipping. Once we get the notification from the carrier, we then will ship a replacement of the order. If there is only a partial damage to the package we will only replace the damage on the broken items. UPS and FED-EX normally will let us know if the entire shipment was damaged or partially damaged.
